Bryan Williams
Visual Media

Although I have enjoyed nearly all of my college courses, there are a handful that changed my life significantly. Visual Media was one of those courses.

Visual Media introduced me to basic design principles, through pracitical application.

The course taught the basics of the entire Adobe Creative Suite. I have, since then, used these programs on a near daily bases and have discovered even more how powerful they can be.

Brochure

Description: Design a full-color, folding brochure.

Programs: Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.

Completed: April 13, 2006

Course: Visual Media

Objectives: Set up and align a two-sided, folded document.

Comments: This project was a great way to use the whole creative suite. Logo and vector graphics were created in Illustrator, photos were optimized and blended together in Photoshop, and the whole brochure was designed and printed using InDesign.
